CUT. - 02.2018 - MOZART blades partner information

Dear MOZART friends and business partners.

Also in this issue we would like to dedicate the foreword to the steadily rising demand and the current delivery situation.

Fortunately, the positive trend of 2017 continued and we were able to continue to increase our numbers disproportionately. This was mainly due to the introduction of a permanent second production shift, which was launched in May 2018 and has given us a significantly increased production output. Unfortunately, it was not possible to fill all the open positions in the production, as we are still looking for new colleagues on all channels and with the highest priority, it will be several months before new colleagues can be used productively. At the same time, we are optimizing parts of our production planning in order to ensure much better on-time delivery in the future.

In the transition phase and until the availability of new colleagues, unfortunately, there is a significant increase in lead times due to a constantly increasing demand. This is affecting all product groups. We ask for your understanding, for the coordination of the dates and the adjustment of the delivery times, the sales team is at your disposal.

We thank you very much for your patience and support!
Christian Klein, Sales Director - Peter Kamper, International Sales Manager

MOZART Marketing.
Shows, shows, shows!

At CINTE Techtextil in Shanghai in early September, Mozart, together with its Chinese distributor WeCut, presented its range of high-quality blades used in the production of technical textiles. The crowd was enormous and the mood - in spite of all the dark clouds on a global scale - very positive.
For the coming months, there will be more exciting trade fairs:

In Poland, Taropak (01.-04.10.2018 in Poznan) is THE trade fair for packaging and labeling. Mozart will exhibit there together with its Polish representative and will show its range of three-hole and similar blades for slitting and converting in particular.

Domotex in Hanover promises a cold kick start into the new year. From 11 to 14 January 2019 Mozart will attend the world's leading trade fair for floor coverings, and will show blades and tools for laying them. For the first time Mozart's new booth will be used - let us surprise you!

2019 will be the year of the biennial BAU in Munich (14.-19.01.2019), the world's leading trade fair for architecture and construction. Here, too, Mozart focuses on the range for flooring and similar trades.

After the Chinese edition mentioned above, the European edition of Techtextil, the world's leading trade fair for technical textiles, will take place from 14 to 17 May 2019 in Frankfurt.

The last fair before the summer break is the (in)famous ITMA (20.-26.06.2019 in Barcelona). It’s famous, because the fair is the undisputed number 1 for textile technology worldwide. And it’s infamous because it demands a lot of endurance from the Mozart team because of its duration and the enormous number of visitors…

MOZART News.
MOZART Staple Fiber Blades now with logo marking.

More and more MOZART products and packaging have been branded in recent years, so as to make clear at first glance the positioning as an original brand product. The packaging of the staple fiber blades was already adjusted 2 years ago, but the staple fiber blades themselves still had a neutral existence. This will be successively changed by punching our "M" logo on the most important staple fiber blades.

This is possible for the following blade types:

Mark IV (uncoated/coated)
Mark V (uncoated/coated)
Hercules (uncoated/coated)
Fleissner (uncoated/coated)
Of course, the position of the mark has been chosen not to interfere with the cutting process and the flow of the cut fibers.

The purpose of this supplement is to help you, the user and us first and foremost to identify the blades as an original MOZART item, giving you additional security in the event of technical queries. Please don’t hesitate to get back to us with any question or concern you might have.
